A drug test can not distinguish between the recreational use and medicinal use of a controlled substance. In any case, however, you have no authority to use it medicinally without a Nevada Medical Marijuana Card. Marijuana can turn up on a drug test weeks after your last use of it, so it's possible that you will test positive again.

If that happens and probation wants to violate you, you could ask them to get the levels checked so that they can see that it was leaving your system, and there was no reuse

As for what will happen with a violation, Probation has a whole arsenal of possible sanctions available to them, ranging from a wrist slap (more intensive supervision, more reporting requirements, more random drug testing ) on the one extreme to house arrest or revoking probation outright on the other.
